CHZL guides aggregate the best advice from around the web, break it down into bite-size cues and organize those chunks into simple acronyms. If a cue is unclear or unconvincing, click it to see dozens of experts explain it in their own way.
Each guide presents the steps for performing a barbell exercise. Steps are organized chronologically into two acronyms. The first acronym lists the steps for setting up an exercise, and the second acronym lists the steps for performing the movement itself. Below each step, there are color-coded cues.
Clicking any step’s headline will take you to its corresponding detail page, where you’ll find color-coded columns for each cue. Each box in those columns contains text or images to further explain the cue, and a link to view the original source. Those sources are all leading coaches, athletes and educators in their respective strength sports.
